Refund policy
The Little boo endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. At The Little boo, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. We take great care to ensure you receive high-quality products, but we also understand that preferences or choices can vary. That’s why we offer easy exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order!
You are required to apply for return and exchange on our website within 7 working days of receiving the package.
EXCHANGE
- We happily offer exchanges on all products (except used or damaged products). Simply make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note, exchanges / Returns are limited to once per order. Packages that don't fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer. Please Note Items purchased with a gift card cannot be returned or exchanged again. Also, any purchase made during festive offer/sale is not eligible for free exchange, shipping charges apply for the same.
- To initiate exchange, the customer has to send the parcel back to the brand location, or else they can pay Rs 100 then reverse pickup and exchange will be handled by the brand. This is applicable for one time exchange only.
- In case the customer area pin code is not serviceable by the brand, then the customer has to send the parcel back for exchange on their own.
RETURN
- If you prefer a return, no problem! We offer store credit (Gift Card), valid for 6 months, so you can find something else you’ll love. Return is acceptable only if product received is defective or broken (need valid proof for the same).
SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
You are requested to track your package when it shows delivered on your email or sms. As per the recent update in courier companies policies throughout India, you are required to inform us within 3 days if your package isn’t delivered and shows delivered in the tracking for us to help you with the same. The courier company is not accepting any complaints post 72 hours marked delivery, and we will not be liable if there is delay in informing from your end.

HOW TO HAND OVER AN EXCHANGE PARCEL
- All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
- Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Please make sure that you click the picture while returning the parcel.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
